Diana is an Associate Attorney with Cioffi Slezak Wildgrube P.C., practicing primarily in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, and Medicaid planning. Before joining Cioffi Slezak Wildgrube P.C., Diana worked for the State of New York, Department of Health, in the litigation bureau. Prior to that, she practiced estate planning and estate administration at a law firm in Columbia County which served a primarily New York City clientele.
Diana is a member of the New York State Bar Association (Trust and Estates and Elder Law Sections), the Schenectady County Bar Association, and the Rensselaer County Bar Association. She serves as the Schenectady County Bar Association delegate to the House of Delegates of the New York State Bar Association. She is actively involved in her community, including serving as the Secretary of The Friends of the East Greenbush Community Library and on the Board of the START Children’s Center, Inc. Additionally, she enjoys volunteering in her children’s school.
Diana is a graduate of the University of Delaware and Albany Law School. She resides in East Greenbush with her husband, two children, and cat. She enjoys being outdoors, traveling, reading, and spending time with her family.
