Brent is an Associate Attorney with Cioffi Slezak Wildgrube P.C., practicing in the areas of Real Estate, Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Guardianship. He joined the firm in 2023.
Brent holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the State University of New York at Potsdam, a Juris Doctor from Albany Law School, and a Master of Science in Bioethics from Clarkson University. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
Prior to joining the firm, Brent gained experience representing clients while admitted to practice under the Student Practice Rule with the Albany Law School Health Law Clinic and as a Judicial Intern in Rensselaer Supreme Court with the Hon. Patrick McGrath. Brent has spent his professional career working in private practice where he has focused on real estate transactions and judicial foreclosures.
Brent is an active member of the New York State Bar Association Real Property Law Section and the Schenectady County Bar Association, where he serves as co-chair of the Real Property Practice Committee. Additionally, he currently serves as the Vice President of a local referral group, Spa City Referrals.
Brent resides in Rotterdam with his wife, three children, and their dog Zelda. He enjoys reading, skiing, golfing, and spending time with his family.
