Brad is an Associate Attorney with Cioffi Slezak Wildgrube P.C., practicing in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, elder law and special needs planning, guardianships, and real estate law. He joined the firm in 2019.
Brad earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Albany Law School and his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology & Anthropology, magna cum laude, from Wells College. While at Albany Law, he served as Executive Editor of the Albany Government Law Review.
Prior to joining the firm, Brad gained experience in estate administration and settlements while interning with the New York State Office of the Attorney General, Charities Bureau. As a recipient of the New York Bar Foundation Trusts and Estates Law Section Fellowship, Brad clerked for the Hon. Vincent W. Versaci, Schenectady County Surrogate’s Court. In addition, he also gained experience working in private practice in Glens Falls, NY where he focused on estate planning and administration.
In 2022 and 2023, Brad was selected as a Rising Star in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate by Super Lawyers.
Professionally, Brad serves on the Board of Directors of the Estate Planning Council of Eastern New York. He is an active member of the Schenectady and Albany County Bar Associations. He is also active in the New York State Bar Association, serving as Fourth District Representative on the Young Lawyers Section Executive Committee and Co-Chair of the YLS Friends of the Foundation Committee, in addition to being a member of the Trusts and Estates Section Executive Committee. Additionally, Brad serves on the Wells College Alumnae and Alumni Association Board and the Wells College National Planned Giving Committee. He has been a member of the SUNY Schenectady Paralegal Studies Program Advisory Committee since 2021. Brad is also a proud member of the Schenectady Rotary Club, and enjoys volunteering with Rotary throughout the local community.
Brad resides in Schenectady with his dog and cat. He enjoys biking, kayaking, hiking in the Adirondacks and Catskills, and spending time with family and friends.
