Picard Farm conserved with help of Clouthier

We are very proud of partner, Nicole Clouthier, as attorney for Mohawk Hudson Land Conservancy, on their victory to conserve Picard Farm in Voorheesville. Through Nicole’s advocacy, MHLC and its generous funders and partners were successful in saving the 86-acre property from development and forever preserving the iconic views and wildlife at the base of the Heldeberg Escarpment.
