Michelle to present on Wills, Health Care Proxies, Living Wills, and MOLST

Michelle will present for the Albany Guardian Society this Wednesday by phone conference and webinar.  She will discuss important legal documents: (1) Wills that provide directions for what happens to certain assets at the time of a person’s death; (2) Health Care Proxies, Living Wills, and the newer MOLST document which allows the signer to plan in advance for health care decisions if the signer can no longer make their own decisions; and (3) What happens if a person has not signed these documents.
