Happy Pal-entine’s Day!

Galentine’s Day is a holiday created by character Leslie Knope in the tv series Parks and Recreation. The holiday focuses on the celebration of female friendship, and the festivities typically occur on February 13th.

Here at CSW, we love the sentiment behind this holiday, and have made it our own! We renamed the holiday Pal-entine’s Day, and for the past few years, we have celebrated our friendship at the firm with a buffet breakfast on February 13th. This event allows for all of us to gather, eat, and have fun together as a group.

The pandemic required us to get a bit more creative with our celebration this year. Instead of a group buffet breakfast, we celebrated with individual breakfast boxes from Panera. The partners gifted everyone a lotion and lip balm kit from Beekman 1802. While it was different, it was still a fun time!

Remember, as Leslie Knope says: “You are a beautiful, talented, brilliant, powerful musk-ox!”
