The Foundation for Ellis Medicine hosts a 5k Road Race, Wellness Walk, and Fun Run every Thanksgiving and draws more than 1,500 runners and walkers every year. Proceeds benefit Ellis Medicine, and you’ll reap the benefits of a good run before indulging in Thanksgiving dinner with family and friends (you’ll be off the hook for having that extra slice of pumpkin pie!)
