Nicole has exclusively practiced in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, elder law, and guardianship matters since her graduation from St. John’s School of Law in 2007.
Nicole has a diverse client base ranging from newlyweds and new parents just starting out, to established professionals and retirees looking to minimize estate taxes and protect their assets in order to transfer wealth to younger generations. Nicole recognizes that each client is unique and has a different set of planning needs. With that in mind, her goal is to develop a long-term relationship with her clients in order to implement a plan that addresses their individual needs and circumstances.
Professionally, Nicole is actively involved in the New York State Bar Association, having held various positions throughout her tenure, and currently sits on the Executive Committee for the Trusts and Estates Law section and is an appointed delegate from that section to the House of Delegates, the bar association’s governing body. Nicole is also a member of the Schenectady County Bar Association and the Capital District Women’s Bar Association.
Nicole is a frequent lecturer on Estate Planning and related topics, and has been selected as a Rising Star in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate by SuperLawyers for 2017 and 2018.
In addition to her professional commitments, Nicole is a member of the Development Committee for Schenectady ARC, and a member of the Steering Committee for Leadership Tech Valley, an initiative of the capital region chamber to develop young leaders in the community.
Nicole currently lives in Clifton Park with her husband, Brett, and children: Lucas and Lauren.
