  • Susan Bodak - Paralegal

    Following her employment with the United States Department of State in Kiev, Ukraine and Bogota, Columbia, Susan resumed her legal career in Florida. Susan currently works in the area of estate planning, working closely with all of the firm’s attorneys. Her attention to detail and thoughtful approach is appreciated by staff and clients. Susan works closely with clients to insure the accuracy of documents and to schedule and coordinate all estate planning appointments.

    A graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a Bachelors’s degree in Business Administration, Susan’s interests include music, history and travel. Susan speaks Spanish

  • Katherine Carpenter - Paralegal

    Katy began working at CSW following her graduation from Marist College in May 2010. She graduated Cum Laude and earned a B.A. in Political Science. She also received her Paralegal Certificate with a GPA of 3.9.

    Katy's prior experience has been obtained through her internships with a Member of the UK Parliament in London and the NYS Attorney General's Consumer Frauds Bureau in Poughkeepsie.

    Katy works within the firm in the areas of Estate Planning and Estate Administration.

    She intends on pursuing a law degree beginning the Fall of 2012. 

    Katy enjoys travelling, playing the piano and cooking. She lives in Niskayuna with her fiancé and her two dogs, Bambino and Hercules

  • Connie Carrigan - Closing Coordinator

    Connie, the firm’s closing coordinator, obtained her paralegal degree and then began her real estate career as a title searcher and title company representative at closings for a title company located in Albany, NY. With a solid foundation in title issues, Connie has worked as a closing coordinator for over fifteen years. During this time, Connie has helped hundreds of clients purchase and sell residential real estate, capably coordinating all aspects of the closing process.

    Connie is a graduate of Schenectady County Community College with an Associate’s degree. Connie is also fluent in Italian. Connie and her family live in Niskayuna.

  • Stephanie Duma - Estate Administrator

    Prior to joining the firm as an estate administrator, Stephanie worked as a Bank Trust Officer. She brings to the firm advanced knowledge of estate and trust administration and taxation. Stephanie’s experience and commitment brings valuable service to the firm’s clients.

    Stephanie is a graduate of Hudson Valley Community College and holds an Associate Degree in Accounting. Throughout her career she has earned certificates from the Albany Institute of Banking in Banking and Trust Administration, NYS Bankers Association in Estate and Trust Administration and Taxation, the Practicing Law Institute in Estate Taxation and the State University of NY at Albany in Taxation in Estate, Trust, Personal and Gift.

    Stephanie enjoys reading, cooking, bowling, golfing and spending time with her family.

  • Donna Law - Estate Administrator

    A former bank trust officer, as well as a cum laude Boston College Law School graduate, Donna brings a unique perspective to her role as an estate administrator. Trained in fields of estate, gift and income taxation, as well as Surrogate’s Court proceedings, Donna is meticulous in her work and file maintenance. Her dedication to her clients is matched only by her commitment to her family.

  • Claudia Jakubowski - Co-Director of First Impressions

    As the firm’s other “Director of First Impressions”, Claudia holds a Master’s Degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University at Albany. Claudia enjoys running, reading and gardening.

  • Mary Ann Raciot - Certified Public Accountant

    Mary Ann Racicot, CPA, is a graduate of Siena College with a BBA in accounting. She has been a licensed CPA for over 25 years. Ms. Racicot was a Tax Director with a large accounting firm specializing in all areas of taxation including personal income tax, estates and trusts, not-for-profit taxation and retirement benefits. Ms. Racicot has frequently lectured and taught on tax issues in the area. In addition, she has provided guidance on compliance matters to a variety of taxpayers and tax exempt entities. Ms. Racicot is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accounts.

    A lifelong resident of the Capital District, Ms. Racicot supervises all aspects of the firm’s tax practice, while acting as comptroller for CSW.

  • Margaret Reyhneer - Co-Director of First Impressions

    Marge job shares with Claudia Jakubowski, our Director of First Impressions, two days per week. Marge returned to work part-time having retired from her position as Executive Secretary for Special Olympics New York after 19 years of service. In that capacity she work for the CEO, executive staff and Board Chairman/Board of Directors, facilitating their efforts administratively. Marge is very active with her church, Good Shepard Lutheran in Glenville, supporting the choir, serving as Communion Assistant for worship services, and in other capacities as well. Marge sings in the Burnt Hills Oratorio Society. Marge attended Hofstra University and received her professional training from Katherine Gibbs in Manhattan. Marge enjoys singing, reading, crafts and spending time with her family and friends.

  • Patricia Roslund - Office Manager

    The quiet problem solver of this office, Pat began developing financial management experience over 25 years ago, when her husband started his own business and she served as his office manager. Her professional career since that time has taken her from a position as a bookkeeper at another law firm to a comptroller of a heating and ventilating firm, to her arrival as Office Administrator at Cioffi ∙ Slezak ∙ Wildgrube. In the past Pat volunteered for her church, children's schools and Girl Scouts. She served as president of the boards of directors of Family & Child Services and The Family Foundation of Schenectady, Inc., and the Junior League of Schenectady. Currently, she spends her free time golfing, kayaking, hiking and snowshoeing.

  • Elizabeth Schalk - Paralegal

    Elizabeth worked in the medical insurance field for many years; served as the National Credit Manager for Coram Healthcare, Accounts Receivable Manager for Child’s Nursing Home and was Medicaid Supervisor for two other capital region firms prior to joining the CSW team.

    She is well known and well thought of by her peers at the various agencies and nursing homes that CSW Law Firm works with in New York State.

    Elizabeth graduated from Kaplan College with an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies and is constantly educating herself with the changes in Medicare and Medicaid regulations.  She is a member of Capital District Senior Housing Option Providers and has conducted seminars for nursing homes, assisted living facilities, community groups and caregivers on Power of Attorney, Health Care Proxies & Living Wills along with Medicaid.  She has also represented clients at Medicaid Fair Hearings when an application has been denied.

    Elizabeth lives in the Clifton Park area with her daughter and enjoys politics, camping, reading, walking and traveling.  Her family also lives in the Clifton Park area and she has a new nephew from Korea that she enjoys spoiling and shopping for.

  • Christina Vincent - Administrative Assistant

    Christina’s 15 year career has included working in a wide range of office administration situations, primarily in the Textile business as a Research and Development Technical Engineer.  After re-locating to New York from Virginia in 2008, she worked for the Unified Court System, which sparked her interest in law and provided valuable training for law office work.  Christina joined our team at CSW Law Firm as an Administrative Assistant, where her ability to handle a variety of job responsibilities has increased overall office productivity.

    Christina is dedicated and has the willingness to take on any task at hand.  She brings positive energy to people around her.  Christina enjoys shopping, the outdoors, playing tennis, walking, boating, fitness, and animals.
