Lynn’s career began in the field of Estate Planning and the related area of Estate and Trust Administration.  She continues to advise a variety of clients: from those who need basic Wills to those who need more complex estate planning.  She is experienced in drafting trusts to provide for the client’s management or protection needs, while reducing estate taxes.  To fully address her clients’ individual situations, Lynn integrates income, gift and estate tax planning into her estate plans and business succession planning, as warranted.  She is current with the complex changes in the Medicaid rules and has grown her practice to incorporate Medicaid planning and elder law.

Today, drawing on her experience, Lynn assists clients who are starting out in life, who have a growing business, who may be looking to retire, who want to transition wealth to the next generation and who need Medicaid advice.  With over 11 years of experience, Lynn can provide the services clients need no matter what challenge they may face in their lives.

Growing up in Amsterdam and receiving her education at Siena College and Albany Law School of Union University, Lynn has remained “local girl.”  She is a current member of the Elder Law Committee of the Schenectady County Bar Association and a former member of the Professional Advisory Committee of the Community Foundation of the Capital Region and the Child Guidance Center.  She is also a member of the New York State and Capital District Women’s Bar Associations.

Lynn was honored by Cambridge Who’s Who for Excellence in Legal Services and listed in the Cambridge Who’s Who Registry – Honor Edition in 2008.

Lynn currently resides in Niskayuna with her husband and her two children.
